BABY CRYING AND TEACHING AT DAYCARE

ABSTRACT: The present paper aims at analyzing the (re)actions of both teachers and assistants in Preschool Education when faced with babies' cries interactions held a Municipal School Early Childhood (EMEI) Belo Horizonte city state Minas Gerais, relying on literature reference documents for national local levels. This is Master's study qualitative nature that had to participate observation as its main method group comprised 12 babies, 4 teachers, 1 assistant. observations, carried out over second half 2017, were recorded field diary well through video recordings. Based analyses conducted, assistant grouped into two categories: moments improved connection principles goals EI, tension contradiction such aims. Given complexity care education work daycare, we recommend either conducting further research expressions attitudes reaffirming importance professionals having systematic reflection upon their teaching practice.
